There is a large roughstone inglenook fireplace in the attractive lounge providing warmth and cheer in winter. The reception area looks onto the landscaped garden and 14 acres of fields. The bedrooms have been refurbished in traditional style. Those in the house are reached by a wide oak spiral staircase. Others are in converted stone cider makers' cottages and barns quietly situated in the garden and include 2 family suites. The candle lit restaurant awarded a red Rosette with its open stonework and exposed beams is the ideal setting in which to enjoy unhurried evening meals.
